Policies

 

24 Hour Cancellation Policy

There will be a $30.00 fee for cancellations, no shows or rescheduling within 24-hours of appointment.  You agree to this policy when booking an appointment over the phone or online.  We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least (1) day before the beginning of your appointment or you will be charged a fee of $30. 

 

Groupon Voucher Policy

​If using a voucher, the massage service must be completed by the expiration date on your voucher.  NO EXCEPTIONS as you have 90-days to use your voucher from your purchased date.  Expired vouchers will be treated as a credit towards the original value of the service.  It is for NEW CLIENTS ONLY and picture ID is required.  This is stated on the FINE PRINT of your voucher.  


Appointment Policy

NO WALK-INS ALLOWED.  All services need to schedule an appointment by phone or online and with a Credit Card to guarantee your appointment.


Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.  Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment.  Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the "full" session.  Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.  New Clients, please arrive 10 - 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out an Intake form, as you will not be given extra time and your session will end at the time originally scheduled.


Session Time Policy

A session consists of a massage, time for you to dress, and time to communicate with the therapist, to make your visit truly customized.


Age Policy

Clients under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to receive treatments or an Informed written consent must be provided by the parent or legal guardian. 


Gift Card Policy

Gift Cards are not refundable and must be presented at the time of service rendered.  They are the same as cash and can be used for any service provided by Divine Healing Zone but does not entitle to Member Discounts.  If lost or stolen, our gift cards are non-refundable and non-replaceable. 


Refuse of Service Policy

We retain the right to refuse service to anyone.   Any illicit or sexual suggestive behavior, remarks or advances made will result in the immediate termination of the session and will be liable for payment of the scheduled service.


Cell Phone Policy

Please turn your cell phones off when inside the premisses of Divine Healing Zone.  To preserve the tranquility, we ask our clients to maintain a quiet level of conversation and refrain from bringing children unless they are receiving treatment.


Credit Card On File Policy

When scheduling an appointment a Credit Card is necessary for cancellation, no-show, or changes with less than 24-hour notice policy and will only be charged for that purpose, and for any services rendered.
